Which sewing pattern PDFs can I use?
Use an unlocked PDF up to 15 MB and 120 pages. Selected pages must have the same dimensions and no PDF page rotation. PatternPress applies the same trim to all four edges, so patterns with different margins on different sides need another preparation method.
Will my pattern fit on one A0 sheet?
That depends on its assembled dimensions. A0 paper is 841 × 1189 mm. PatternPress keeps a 10 mm print margin; layouts that exceed the available area span multiple A0 sheets with a 10 mm overlap. It never shrinks the pattern to make it fit. You can also export one large sheet if your print shop supports its dimensions.
Can I choose one size layer or fix mismatched lines?
All size layers are included in both the preview and export. Size-layer selection and automatic line repair are not available. Check the designer’s page order and trim instructions, then inspect the joins before exporting.
Does my PDF leave my device?
Previewing and arranging happen in your browser. When you export, your PDF and layout are sent to the server to create the download. PatternPress does not save the PDF or generated pattern to a database or file library. Keep the editor tab open until you have saved your download.
